Advocacy
We mobilize youth leaders' voices across the continent, and champion them in water-related policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. We push for a meaningful collaboration with governments to ensure youth perspectives are integrated into policy decisions, and water management.
Capacity Building
We empower African youth, and equip them with the skills, and knowledge needed to tackle water and sanitation challenges effectively. Through collaborations with partners and experts in the field across the continent and worldwide, we organize training sessions, Peer-to-peer learning opportunities across the networks.
Networking
AYPW builds bridges between youth and stakeholders by: Connecting young leaders with international and regional organizations and policymakers. From national and regional meetings, to the United Nations Water Conference, AYPW organizes and hosts regional, national, and international events on advancing SDG6 and affiliate thematics.
